What is The Buff Dining Club?
A group of professionals and consultants from the UK property, design and construction sector who meet on a regular basis for banter and debate on topical issues of the day. Members are encouraged to invite guests and speakers will be asked to lead 'around the table' discussions. Held at venues which are convivial in atmosphere which allow members and their guests to express their views in an 'off the record' format. It is a format which has worked since the Buff Dining Clubs formation in Summer 1990 and of the current 70 members across the UK, many of which are the original members.
Currently we have clubs which regularly in Bristol and London, although over the years we have had events in Bimingham and South Africa which have been run on a similiar round table format. During the past few months (Autumn 2008) we have taken a review of the club and decided to create more of a 'buzz' by inviting formally KeyNote speakers to lead the discussion on key topics of the day. Through this process we hope to increase the membership and grow the club with the aim of reaching 100 active members.
Membership Details

- Must represent a occupier, developer, agent, consultant or main contractor working in the property, construction or design sector.
- Expect regular attendance and payment of meals (cancellation less than 48hrs before event will incur full cost of the meal).
- Membership is limited to one individual from a company per region and they must expect to get involved in conversation and debate at each dinner.
- Membership mix will also be reviewed upon request to ensure balance of professions is beneficial to the spirit of the club.
- Payment within 21 days of receipt and final membership at the discression of the 'management'.

Membership
Annual Subscription £100 + VAT until end of 2008 and £200 +VAT usually per annum.
Payable on an annual basis in January 2009.

London £80 +VAT for ticket Discounts avaiable for more than 3 or table bookings. Price included
three course meal, drink upon arrival and during meal. List of attendees will be produced on the evening. Note Cash bar available in the main Club bar afterwards.
